1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account on DD9 requires meeting certain basic eligibility criteria. The most important is age — you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. DD9 is strictly prohibited for minors.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name or from the same device, all such accounts will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be confiscated.

• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Accounts will not be activated without mobile number verification.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Opening an account with false information will be treated as a violation of our rules.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing bonus funds requires the applicable wagering requirements to be met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering conditions.

5 Betting Rules

Odds may change at any time during live betting. The odds at the moment a bet is placed will be considered final. DD9 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set and subject to change.
• Bets are generally refunded if a match is abandoned.
• In a combo bet with multiple selections, a single incorrect pick may result in losing the entire bet.
• An express bet must include at least two selections.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the DD9 platform. Involvement in any such activity may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual's name.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or any other fraudulent betting activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to DD9's systems.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

DD9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for verification, investigation, or security purposes. Members will be notified of the reason for suspension as promptly as possible.

If a violation is proven, the account may be permanently closed. Members may also request to close their own account at any time — this is part of our responsible gaming policy.

• Verified balances will be refunded before account closure, provided no rules have been violated.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not completed.
• Upon permanent closure, all bonus balances will be forfeited.
